I’ve always been fascinated by the image of a scientist — curious, questioning, hands-on. From early on, I knew I wanted to be one.

This led me to study Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, then to academic research in Nanomedicine, and later into the Pharma and MedTech industries, where I worked in Medical Affairs and Scientific Communication.

Along the way, I realized both the strengths and the limits of medicines. While essential for acute care and symptom management, they fall short of addressing the root causes of chronic conditions.​ This made me question the current standards of care and drew me into the science of metabolic health.

Nutrition and lifestyle play a profound role in long-term health and performance, yet recommendations are often outdated and lag behind the evidence. Out of this grew MetaboliCo, created to combine my knowledge and  expertise with the need to bridge metabolic science and everyday health decisions.

Today, I’m motivated by the rapid progress of metabolic research and increasingly compelling clinical outcomes. I find it deeply rewarding to provide knowledge and contribute to the development of tools that empower people to make informed decisions about their health.
